Draculas Nightmare-Spinach Dip



  • 1 cup AVOCADO MAYO.

  • 10 oz frozen chopped spinach 1 package.

  • 2 cups sour cream or Greek yogurt.

  • 3 Tablespoons of DRACULA’S NIGHTMARE.

  • 3 green onions chopped.

  • 1/2 TEASPOON salt. (optional)


  • blend MAYO, sour cream or greek yogurt & DRACULAS NIGHTMARE & Salt.

  • Mix in 2 of the 3 green onions. Use the last to sprinkle on top.


  • Creamy Base:  I start with AVOCADO mayo but use can use Sour cream as well. When adding sour cream, I often replace it with no fat Greek yogurt and to be honest, you can’t tell the difference. I love to make spinach dip with Greek yogurt because it really cuts the calories and fat but nobody can tell the difference!

  • Spinach: This recipe uses frozen chopped spinach but you can replace frozen spinach with fresh spinach. Simply cook it down and squeeze it dry.

  • Add Ins: Water chestnuts add great crunch and texture to this spinach dip. If you don’t have them on hand, you can substitute diced celery or even bell peppers.

  • Seasoning: The quintessential seasoning for this dip is DRACULA’S NIGHTMARE. It is the perfect seasoning and adds lots of color and flavor.
