    “I have used many of Greenpoint Trading’s Company’s herbs, spices & rubs. They have all add specialty to my cooking creations with a rousing respond of approval from family & friends. The one I use the most is Roasted Pepper Garlic Seasoning. I Sprinkle it on shrimp with a squeeze of lemon and a little olive oil. They are then ready for the sauté pan or grill and can top pasta or vegetable with grated parmesan cheese & fresh basil. I have also substituted chicken for the shrimp; added tomatoes & mozzarella cheese to create an Italian meal. On a whole chicken I use Roasted Garlic Pepper mix with Herbes de Provence coat lightly with olive oil and rub the whole chicken, then roast in the oven. You’re in for a special Sunday dinner. You may think that you’ve exhausted Roasted Garlic Peppers uses but rub it on your steak with a drizzle of olive oil and throw it on your grill to have a steakhouse feast. I can keep going on but you should experiment for yourself. Try other seasonings from Greenpoint Trading and you can be a great chef like me. Put a little spice in your life, it’s good for you!”

    Used for the first time on steaks absolutely delicious, then used on a brisket smoked low and slow came out like butter spice permeated all the way through the meat, will be using again and again
